About Alex

Alex Moghaddam graduated from the University of Texas School of Law in 1988 and has since then represented a wide variety of large, medium-sized and small business clients, as well as individuals, in litigation in both federal and state courts in California.  His clients have been domestic and foreign companies in the manufacturing, energy, brokerage, insurance, transportation, and entertainment industries.

Guiding Principles

Be Responsive to Clients.  Alex has learned from listening to clients that prompt and regular communication is of the utmost importance to them.  Whether it is because his client contact is an in-house attorney or an officer in a large corporation who must answer to superiors or because he/she is an executive of a small company or a litigation manager directly responsible for deciding the course of the case, he understands the value of communicating clearly and regularly with clients. 

Build Lasting Relationships.  Alex’s goal is to build lasting relationships by earning the trust and respect of his clients.  This means not only providing excellent legal service, but also understanding the client's business and its goals in any given case.
